Phase #2 | A-Player Hiring
Most visionary entrepreneurs don’t have a repeatable system to recruit, hire, and onboard a self-managing leadership team. So when they do, they end up hiring whoever feels good to their gut, and those people don’t perform up to their expectations.

Phase #3 | Operation Delegation

Team Training Platform - You’ll get access to our proven workflows, tools, SOP’s, Playbooks, Meeting Structures & Swipe Files to recruit, train, and onboard a self-managing team and we’ll also bring your new hire in and help them get set up with the same tools so you’re all on the same page.
